Practice Guidelines

1.    In order to be mentally and physically prepared for practice, swimmers should arrive at the pool, with all of their equipment, at least 10 minutes prior to the starting time of their practice.

2.    Parents are responsible for insuring that their children enter the pool complex.

3.    Upon arrival, swimmers should prepare for practice and wait until it is time for their practice to begin.

4.    Practice time is valuable. Swimmers are expected to be in the water on time with their cap on, goggles adjusted, and all equipment at the end of their lane.

5.    If a swimmer must leave practice early, they must inform a coach PRIOR to getting in the pool.

6.    Swimmers asked to leave practice for disciplinary reasons are to dress and immediately return to the pool deck within 5 minutes to get further instructions from the coaches.

7.    Parents are responsible for picking up their children after practice ON TIME. Any swimmer left at the pool after a grace period will be fined with a Late Pick-Up Fee.
