Registration Information

To register for BEAR swimming:

• Print out BEAR Registration and Release Form below and bring to the pool or mail to:

• Print out 2010 USA Swimming Registration Form below and mail to:
  
  Pacific Swimming Registration, 1034 Woodstock Court, Walnut Creek, CA 94598
  
  
• IMPORTANT: Registration forms and fees must be turned in before swimmer participates a second week.
